But the taxes will kill you; infrastructure is a joke; and best of luck trying to sell easily: net worth in Quebec is the lowest in Canada; most Quebecers rent; and if you are English, try not to be around when the place is being showed: it might lessen your chances of a sale.</description>

However, the one thing I have noticed is that houses in my area are no longer moving.  For sale signs have been up for a long time.  Some come down and were never sold.
