		<description>Thanks for the links. I especially found Larry Macdonalds blog about infrastructure stocks/ETFs interesting. 

However i think the ETFs are too wide a brush in this case. 

I&#039;m sticking to individual TSE infra stocks like ARE and STN which are both increasing their earnings as we slide into recession which im not sure can be said about most other companies. 

ARE has been ridiculously oversold. Its current market cap is barely 4 X projected 2008/9 earnings. Its currently at the $7 mark after having just announced record earnings, a record $1.5billion backlog, and a rather contrarian rosy outlook going forward. It must have something to do with those billions the Canadian government had earmarked for infra projects :-)

But i find it stunning that a stock that was trading over $20 when it had way lower profits is now at $7!</description>
