		<description>Well I would never ever recommend CIA to anyone.  After 3 years of nothing but aggravation I have finally pulled out.  I am now with Com Wave, wow what a better service.

I would loose my phone at least 5 to 20 hours a week, they say High Speed well let me tell you they have finally acknowledged that they are having major problems with Toronto, infact they won&#039;t even instally high speed in the Toronto Area.  When my phone did work?????????A loud bepping was heard on the other end, it was so bad that my friends didn&#039;t even want to talk to me because of that annoying noise.....Let me tell you they say they will be able to fix it but it never improved.

Now they are still billing me, when I haven&#039;t been with them for months.  The agent said it was Com Wave that had to cancel that, well IT WASN&#039;T THE CASE AT ALL.  AS SOON AS I GOT A COMWAVE SUPERVISOR ON BOARD THEY CHANGED THEIR STORY RIGHT AWAY.  SO WOULD I SAY ONE GOOD WORD ABOUT THEM....NOT EVEN FOR THE CHEAP PRICE WOULD I RECOMEND THEM.....
