		<description>Aside from a poorly diversified portfolio, the other clear problem here is that a lot of uninformed people putting money in the market when they really shouldn&#039;t be.  Anyone investing in the stock market should be fully aware of the risks involved .  Anyone that becomes suicidal after a loss of about 17% is obviously taking on more risk than they can handle.</description>
