		<description>If you think that gas prices are going to go up next winter (or that we aren&#039;t going to be as lucky next winter with respect to the temperatures) this might be a good time to lock into a 5 year rate.  Direct Energy was recently advertising a 5 year rate that is less than the current Enbridge rate but I have a feeling that offer is going to suddenly disappar at the end of this week (as you mention the new Enbridge prices take effect on Saturday).</description>
