		<description>I have been watching the fixed-price supply contract prices all spring with the expectation that natural gas prices are going to skyrocket in the winter if we have a normal to cold winter.  The price seems to be stuck at 38.4 cents for a 5 year contract.  So with this little slice in the prices making a decision about what to do is even harder.  I will probably lock in within the next month or so, before any big hurricane has a chance to cause a spike in the gas prices.</description>
