		<description>The really smart thing IMHO would be to purchase Canadian REITs with US assets. I&#039;m not sure what the tax situation is for owning actual shares of US REITs in regards to withholding tax, but if its not unreasonable (like the 15% that US people pay on Income trusts) then High yeilding US REIT&#039;s might make a good investment.</description>
