Do you know of a website which does the same rank ordering on Canadian companies? Alternatively a good source of the data so I can do it myself in a spreadsheet (and mail you my attempt).

This book really does have some great ideas, and you can get the latest stock picks for free on the book website. He doesn't spam you, so don't be afraid to sign up, after you login on your computer you can save it so it will not prompt again. I would use his filter as a starting point and then do research on each company. I have personally seen some of the picks make significant moves upward and have profited from these trades.

I have read hundreds of books on value investing, Warren Buffett etc, and publish investment tutorials on value investing myself. I highly recommend Greenblatt’s ‘the little book that beats the market’. It could be one of your best investments ever!

I would like in on this book. I am totally green at investing. I have $10,000 with which to work with to build something which I hope I can show my kids can be done. I'm 55 and ready to take the plunge. My math skills are terrible but with a simple explanation of the basics I will catch on. Could you show me the starting line plase? Thank you.
