In his recent Investment Outlook, bond guru Bill Gross expects cash to outperform bonds this year. The outlook is not encouraging as I was hoping to initiate an exposure to bonds. Maybe, I should hold the bond portion in a savings account or money market fund and gradually buy bonds when the outlook is more favourable.
