Call TD Waterhouse and they&#039;ll be able to sort it out for you.</description>

		<description>I agree. The five big banks in Canada have discount brokerage arms and since they have a nice little oligopoly, they don&#039;t feel the need to compete with each other. Hence the sad state of affairs.

E*Trade Canada does have $19.99 commissions.</description>
