  3. In a recent column, Globe and Mail columnist Derek DeCloet suggested that oil prices could fall further if investors who piled into the commodity boom start to stampede out of it.
  4. Scotia Bank is forecasting a 0.50% cut in interest rates by the Bank of Canada in 2007.
